Don't know how people think Buddys time at the swans has been a failure. Individual accolades galore, multiple grand finals. Sure they've fallen short of a flag, but that takes more than one player. If flags are the only way to judge success, most players are failures tbh.

I know you don’t get much media outside of the Melbourne bubble but if you listened to the interview about the re-signing then you’d know that none of that was Buddy’s idea and he didn’t even seem to love the idea.

I’d take the deal over and over.

Who have we lost that would have won us a flag since he signed? We lost Mitchell after our last grand final and no one else we lost could possibly have us closer to another grand final because we’re in one without them.

Buddy has been everything I hoped he’d be for us and more.
