You should know by now that when it comes to violence (verbal or physical) it's always the one who retaliates that gets the blame, not the one who provokes it.Fine at worst unless the MRO / AFL decides this week that it needs to stamp out innocuous hits arising from frustration, even if the victim engaged in staging
Same as the courts , provocation isn’t a defence for violenceYou should know by now that when it comes to violence (verbal or physical) it's always the one who retaliates that gets the blame, not the one who provokes it.
"Is Tom Hawkins in trouble for..."
Let me stop you right there. The answer is yes.
It's a modern day miracle
Speaking of which. . .Wouldn't it be ironic if Tom got a penalty for that accidental contact and the numbnuts in the crowd fighting after the game get nothing.
Can't blame the so called conspiracy theorists given how Hawkins has been treated in the past. Not saying he hasn't deserved suspensions, but when others get off for similar indiscretions it makes you wonder if the AFL enjoyed singling Tom out..... not anymoreBig blow for idiotic conspiracy theorists there.
Nothing on the MRP news on AFL website, not much in any of the newspapers either. So hopefully, Hawkins is clear.
