Universal Love Nathan Fyfe

If they consider him the unbackable favourite, also limits their exposure from future large bets

You can still bet on him with them, they are paying out on bets made before yesterday.

They have a bet that he will poll more votes than the whole Carlton FC :D (at 2.50 if anyone cares to know).

Guess it is marketing then, would have expected them to close the market otherwise the new markets should recoup some losses

Another reason they have done it is that for internet punters, if they pay out now there's a good chance they'll give it back on other bets before the end of the season. If they pay out later the same punters might not bet on anything during the off season. It's a sneaky way to try and get their money back.

AFLPlayerRatings - "Nat Fyfe had a career-best game and the 7th-best game ever recorded to overtake Ablett into 2nd overall"

"Third player in last 10 years to have 20+ contested possessions (26) and 900+ metres gained (959)."

Regarding Dangerfield - "Metres gained 959 to 583 is the easiest explanation of ratings diff"

Tabs had a shocker

And yet, before the rain came, Taberner was involved in two goals. Wonder if he got points for his positioning and contest?

Clarke was worse than Tabs. Tabs had it kicked above his head all night and it was wet. And as mentioned above, he was involved in our first few goals before it started raining. Can't believe Clarke only had one disposal  Not a night for big men....except our clutch captain with his two goals in the third quarter :thumbsu:

So what is it that Champion Data rates if it scored Dangerfield so much higher than Fyfe?
