Following a request from both of Adelaide’s AFL Clubs, the SANFL can confirm it is postponing the following two matches scheduled for tomorrow;

South Adelaide versus Adelaide - Hickinbotham Oval
North Adelaide versus Port Adelaide - Prospect Oval

These matches will be rescheduled for Round 17 which is a split round.

maggies and power playing at the same time...
The $anfl are nothing if not campaigners.
A bit harsh, the game was postponed from a few weeks ago after the Walsh tragedy, and we were meant to have a bye this weekend. We play Glenelg next week on the Friday night so Saturday was really the only option... other than perhaps a curtain raiser to the Crows game tomorrow night but that would mean North giving up home ground advantage (and they need every advantage they can get).

We might win by 1000

It would be absolutely fabulous if we broke the sanfl all-time winning margin in front of the chooks home crowd. Although the odds are stacked way in our favour to win easy, I still want the bounce of the ball to go our way and the footy gods to smile on us :D I want everything to fall into place.
