Not content with making a fool of himself pre-draft by proclaiming Harls wouldn’t end up at the Eagles, Ol’ Forehead Like a Drive-in Movie Theatre McClure doubled down and explained why the Eagles should’ve split the pick, but not split it, coz - erm, reasons. Sniffing Harley’s footy shorts is about as close as McClure will get to relevancy. Meanwhile Harley is Already Our Best Player , but needs to cut back on the snacks and smiling a bit.

The club is clinging to last year's out of the box win vs GWS to try and get a crowd down, but you're dreaming given the shambles were in and the way GWS have dispatched their last 2 opposition teams. Which included last year's premier mind you.

Maric, Barnett, Jilliams, Burgiels 4 goals, Hall, get them all in.

Have a crack, keep it under 40 and that's a win. Get embarassed on our home deck once again in the first Optus game of the year without even firing a shot, and the angst will start right up again for Simpson.
