Fighting Furies v Dragons FFC @ rfctigerarmy's hippodrome

The Furies notched up their first win of the season with a shock win against the top of the table Bombers in week 4 but couldn't quite back it up last week with a valiant 3 point lost to the Phoenix. Playing at home this week the Furies will be hoping to translate their recent good form into a win against the Dragons.

East Side Phoenix 11.17 (83) defeat Fighting Furies 12.8 (80) LINK​

The Dragons will play a team below them on the ladder for the third week in a row and will be looking to beat a lower ranked opponent for a third time. While their recent wins have not been convincing a come from behind victory against the Demons last week that saw a flurry of goals in the final minutes may just be the spark the Dragons need.
