With the terror threats happening recently I would expect security to be HUGE. Good luck to anyone who would attempt it!
Why the * would they shoot a 15yo white boy for trying to sneak into the Mcg? Please explain.Yeah, the worst that could happen is you get tasered or shot. Good luck.
Why the **** would they shoot a 15yo white boy for trying to sneak into the Mcg? Please explain.
Just $995? Okay. Here's a much cheaper alternative and the steps and prices involved. The excitement and drama of the AFL’s two best teams, facing-off in an MCG packed to the brim with 100,000 screaming fans - it’s an unforgettable experience! Secure your place at the biggest day on the sporting calendar - the Toyota AFL Grand Final - from just $995*
So you can say "I'm delivering this wine to a corporate box." The crate is so you look more professional and the wine can be drank at the match. What is the wine and wine crates for?
I tried to go through the toilets section but they had a guy in his 60's "guarding" the fence.Probably wrong thread but mate snuck into the members last night. Bought a GA, then just walked underneath the ground through a tunnel of somesort. Had his AFL records uniform in a bag just incase
Its all catered for i doubt they are going to let a random holding a box of wine with no ID in..Okay guys. I'm here with a detailed analysis on my favourite plan to get in and the prices compared to buying a ticket.
From the AFL website:
Just $995? Okay. Here's a much cheaper alternative and the steps and prices involved.
HI-VIS VEST - $6.95
http://www.getworkweardirect.com/hi...TU-aufwBm5zxEjU_-duthjxwK38NkRDEjVBoCEozw_wcB
This vest is fluoro green and has STAFF on the back. You can also get a logo embroidered on but that is at an additional cost.
WINE CRATE - $20.71 approx.
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/like/181765087875?lpid=107&chn=ps
This crate holds 6 bottles of wine.
CHEAP BOTTLES OF WINE - 6 x $2.89 = $17.34
https://www.aldi.com.au/en/grocerie...etail/ps/p/precious-earth-shiraz-merlot-2014/
Aldi sell cheap wine and have two wines for only $2.89 which you don't even have to drink, just keep re-using it each year if it lasts.
At this point it costs a total of $45. However the next two costs apply to those who do not own the rest of the equipment.
BLACK WORK PANTS - $30
http://www.kmart.com.au/product/cordura-slim-leg-work-pants/809976
I'm sure most of us own a suitable pair of pants for this but if you don't, these are $30.
SLIP ON WORKBOOTS - $34
http://www.kmart.com.au/product/panther-slip-on-work-boot/809801
Again, most of us own a suitable pair of shoes but these are $34
Now we are at $109 which is a saving of $886
WALKIE TALKIE - $69.95
http://www.dshop.com.au/buy/2-x-wir...4l4-vcSNBiEky8u-XTBoHk7GiuxVqMJv2HhoCTlDw_wcB
This is an optional extra that is really for authenticity but can also fall back on you because you have no one to talk to. Thankfully because there are two you can give it to someone and get them to act as if they are in the MCG.
With the Walkie Talkie you can pay $178.95 to get into the Grand Final. A saving of $816.05!
And that's a Grand Final between $45 and $178.95 - good luck!
Is anyone gonna be working there on the day or can somehow help me get in?
Go the week before and get a pass out.
Tall tales and utter lies. It's a great readI have to admit I look forward to this thread every year
These ideas are full of s**t. I'm 15 I can't buy wine and pretend I'm delivering to a corporate box, plus they are gonna check for ID some proof. Also when your 15 you don't have $1000 to spend on a membership and GF tickets every year.If you
1) are too stingy to be a club member to at least get in the ballot, and/or
2) aren't creative enough to figure out a way in, and/or
3) are too lazy to take some ideas from this thread
... you don't deserve to be there.
Plus I'm just asking if anyone can help me get in so there is less chance of me being caught. I really don't understand why you had to go out of your way to comment on something that doesn't effect you or anyone else cares about. These ideas are full of s**t.
