Just go and post on Bolt's blog.

This thread started off going nowhere, and none of you are able to articulate anything so might as well lock.
We have been arguing on why most of these policies are stupid on other threads. Open your eyes.

It gets pretty boring when the left like you keep bringing the same issues up over and over again, only to then accuse other people of not being able to articulate anything, because it has been done to death.

Hang on, you guys have started this thread. And all you can offer is referring people to other thread where this stuff is already being discussed.

Why is this a thread? Jiska Malifice

If a serious poster had asked, I'd respond more fully, but for you? No.

Anyways back on topic:

Adopting a reduced-hour (30-35 hours) work week as a standard. This could translate into as many as 26 million new jobs.
Reducing consumption to minimize outsourcing

Greens party USA :D

Please try and stop getting your Socialist friends in here to close everything you disagree with, like the others.

So 16 posts in, and Telsor is unable to articulate an explanation of the thread, and tripwire has done his usual Bolt blog routine.

I ask again. Why is this a thread, if none of you are able to explain anything?

Can you explain why this is not a good policy?

Because it reduces productivity, therefore reduces wealth, therefore reduces standard of living generally.

The people in favour of such a policy are those that want reduced standards of living, or alternatively have such a poor understanding of economics that they genuinely believe that it will increase jobs and increase wealth.

Considering those on minimum wage often need to work 2 jobs, will this push them upto 3?

Definitely, but considering the barriers and regulations the Watermelons want to introduce, finding that extra job might be impossible.
If we can't be rich, why don't we all be equally poor and miserable?
