Review - Richmond players in VFL praccy match today

Caught the VFL praccy match in which Coburg was playing.

Here are some thoughts.

Collard; Was probably your best. Seemed to be every where. PLayed off a HFF/Wing and did well. Contested hard.

Gourdis: Played at FF and seemed to struggle. Ran to some wrong spots and his disposal was average. Bloody athletic though.

Rance: Bloke has courage. Always puts his head over the ball and contests every contest like its his last. Beat his player (who in terms of talent isn't as good).

Cartledge: Played well after Otto went off. Before that he was average. Adds a lot of ruck depth.

McGuane: It looked like him, so i'd assume it was. Actually played very well. Got a bit of the ball to which is a bonus.

Connors: Didn't see him.

I would like to see Collard given a chance if Meyer is gone with his hip.

Reports on the intra club at Vic Park ( the one we were not allowed to have) said he was a class above in that game also.

If he was a ranga and skinny it was probably Connors.

If he was a bit stocky and, I think he's still basically bald, it was probably Collard.
