just back from jb with GTA IV, just have to bust open the seal and will place it into the xbox 360

Got mine for $120 today. Big W was sold out so they told me to find a store that had it in stock then they will match it, but I didn't have time so I will refund it in a few days and buy it somewhere else.

Did the first two missions, good, but takes a bit of getting used to. The camera annoys me a bit though.

the graphics between the 2 is very slight. plus the 360 version looks sharper. either way bring on the dlc. loveing this game big time.

Agree 100% Once you get used to it (probably an hour or 2) it really starts to feel good....real good.

Check out online, its the funniest shit ever. I was playing death match with 6 others and 2 dudes were chasing each other around in cars, they both crashed and couldn't move so I came out from the shadows with my shotty and reigned shells into the each car killing both drivers. I stood there laughing for about 10 seconds til someone ran me over and the cops shot me....priceless!

I am not sure I like the driving camera yet how it is off center.
And the cars handling is extremely frustrating, but I guess I will get used to them.

Use the brake dude Stops the camera swinging around heaps
In the last gta, your driving skills improved as you played i think. Probably the same here

One more thing that is weird is when you are going insanely fast and you need to make a quick right, none of the brakes will stop you soon enough, unless these are dodgy cars lol.

Well, I officially have a copy of BOTH versions, and have seen them both in action.

Put it this way: you won't really care which platform you get it on because the game is more awesome than being born - BUT you can definitely tell it looks better on PS3

i have no idea where to find the guns. i found 1 gun and that was a shotty, didnt last very long cos it only had 4 bullets

Nothing gameplay wise. You just get some GTA branded stuff, like a dufflebag, keychain etc

I killed him, looked on the internet and it said all he did wasprovide some side missions, i prefered to see him fall to his death

online is a laff and a half - i was riding the motor bike my mate on back shooting everything and everybody - hysterical.


one complaint tho - if u dont get to connect to a MP game it has to lodd back into one player mode all the time - kinda gets annoying.

I have a spare $500, and can get a fair bit more in the next week or so.. Only have an oldschool XBOX, but want this game... Is it better to get a 360 and this, or a PS3 and this?

Been well tested, can't see any of the glitches yet that are common in this sort of free roaming game. (my leg went halfway through a door once as i walked up to it, nothing major)

Haven't witnessed any pop in whatsoever and the loading screens are tiny, 3-4 seconds at most for the most part, entering buildings...starting missions etc

I fell through some docks at the very end of a cops and crooks gaem, I was just about to get away! Might have been put there deliberately, but I got stuck underneath too.

Got my Warm Coffee achievement a few hours ago with Michelle, hehe. Anyone else think she's the 'Undercover Lover' from the singles website?
