King isn't going to improve at all, whereas Mackie's average has been affected by the games following his injury. I think Mackie is going to get better points wise.

Nothing between Burger and Fisher. Have scored 2 points different all year and in basically the same way. Both only had 1 poor game.

Cannot believe how many underpriced backs there is at the moment. Have about 6 to choose from, seems every 5 minutes i'm changing my mind...its killing me!
To elaborate on johno86's comment, is Goddard seriously worth considering. Before last years injury was becoming a premium backman averaging 90+ from what i can remember. Played 6 games thus far and has been OK averaging 75, but can only improve from here on in. Obviously time will tell but can he regain his form of previous? Or is it safer to go with a consistent Fisher or King...

Haha have been dwelling over this for a while and have no idea what you're getting at...care to share??
If you mean to the V and E thing then i think Dogs54 is refering to " Value " but im not sure wich playing he is refering to as they have both dropped in price...
Enough cryptics.
Sam Fisher is my love child. An absolute star IMO. TBH I have never watched him much until this season but he is just one of those players who finds the ball. Will average over 80 again this year easily.
Does not have nearly the profile of Burger but is much better value ATM. Priced at 315K he will be an excellent performer all year. He will rise around 25K over the next 2 weeks and find nearer to his right price.
The concerns were around Goddard taking his ball and the Saints injuries giving him less space and more accountability. Watched him extremely closely last Friday and he did not play on the key forwards and just had an amazing ability to find space as he racked up 114 points. This was against an accountable team with all the above factors in play.
Plays Brisbane this week, probably in a similar role to Scotland last week who battled to 134. Not really known for their accountability those Lions forwards. Basically, it's now or never.

Ahhh got ya, well the other poster got it but yeh
Firstly was going for King, then decided on Bock/Johncock then had Mackie locked in, but now thinking Goddard/Fisher just because of "ValuE"
Edit: reading your above post has 100% convinced me on Fisher, and im not changing my mind this time. Thankyou for putting an end to my misery

People can be so easily convinced with what other people say. Someone could write up something similar about mcleod, gilbee, or even gram for that matter, and everyopne will be buying him. Its funny to see how a 'convincing' write-up can sway a decision. Watch fishers % of votes increase now!
