They (the sider's) have too make it first before the big fella makes it back if the rumor is on the mark, I think a few upsets are in the making in the second half of the season, all is not what it seems!!!!!

Bringing a guy in after half the year out for his first game in a prelim? Yeah he is good, but that sounds like a mighty risk.

Please go on snorkle?
Chicka,
Arrogance is a killer in footy I think its starting to creep in as we speak, just when you think youv'e done enough someone will, through there actions remind you that it isin't over until the fat lady sings (my appology to all the fat ladies reading this). Just on arrogance I got a report through the week that the Sharks brains trust had a couple of their star imported and current selected Qld players practicing their goal kicking at half time last Saturday at MT Gravatt, I know what I would have told the coach, but then again being paid big bucks will compell you to do almost anything (what a joke), if the report was right, these players in question were both on AFL lists not long ago. I hope they dont miss to many in the state game.
Getting back to the peliminary final this year and my comment all is not as it seems and the possibilty of the great D.L. and the Siders playing in it this game. This seasons Peliminary final with a lot of varies to be played out, may very well be played in Darwin and if this was to be, there is no gaurantee who will be the safe side to play in the G/F and who will be the other side challenging for that right, this years sides are the best and most even group of footy sides in the current 6 and even the current 8 of the ladder for the AFLQ competition that I have seen (to date) for quite a while. For any club or supporter who may think they are home and are assured of the flag at this time of the year, then they are testing that word arrogance to the very limit.
the prelim final will be played at a neutual venue. no way will they take it away from that. n.t have to start winning some games away from home to even look at getting a home final
I dare say if Thunder win the rights to host prelim final it will be played in Alice Springs. Both teams have to travel. Also would say Thunder would push to host it in Darwin to promote this comp. They would get a crowd of 10 000 compared to windy coorparoo which hardly gets 1000 people.Thunder wont finish top 3 so it will not matter unless there new assistant super coach which has just arrived up in the top end makes a difference
qld gave tassie a flogging today and number 36 for tassie needs to get out of the 80's
how much they get done by? thought this would happen.
Must have been a good team bonding session for Aspley sat night.A handful of players in a fight, with each other. One player copped a hiding by all reports
The best person to ask about Lillico's recovery would be Tangles himself. Personally I think he should wait until 2011 to make his return, the Siders might be a chance of winning the premiership in that year and as it stands they are no chance in 2010.
no 36 was incorrectly listed in the program, his real name is Joe Dirt. Good to see he has made good after being abandoned by his parents while on holidays in the Grand Canyon (god I love that movie !) Rumour has it he is still spitting out turf from Frankhauser Reserve courtesy of a Cameron Illet tackle.

Not sure wat your getting at, wether its having a go at southport or not, but the one in question was 1 goal 5 up until half time and went on to kick 7 goals 5. Ignoring the fact that he chose to do the practice, id say it was a pretty good idea.
