Before.

His Ambassadorial wage is actually based around the amount of pressure applied to his shoulders. So this year because he did carry carlton to the finals, lots of pressure was applied. Thus Judd received a quite a large wage.

FFS dude settle down. You make it sound like we have just recruited Billy Nichols or Marsh, knowing the outcome. Andy is ok, i am not knocking the kid, but our COACH sees Grigg as a a required resource and Andy as one that can be covered. Have faith.
