Should ASADA form the view at the conclusion of its investigation that a person may have committed an anti-doping rule violation ASADA will follow its established process”.
It is not up to the AFL to initiate doping charges against players
Yes, yes, of course the public servant will say we're going to do x, y and z, putting everyone to sleep, while the AFL continues with the business of running a billion dollar industry - having achieved what they wanted.
Boom, boom.

Too far man, too far!* Big Brother is actually a decent show
The odds would be higher for that to happen than charges laid at players.
Did you read the whole thing or just cherry pick the bit you thought you could twist?
ASADA has come out and said the AFL's interim decision is not the be all and end all and carries no wait into what they will decide to do when their report is finished

Sooo you twist the words of an interim announcement to say its over, and yet the independent sports anti drug/performance body ....
Yep, everyone is slowly understanding:
* It's over
* S0 is a sham
* AND is an important word
* Climate change is a myth
* Big Brother is actually a decent show
* Aliens occupy senior positions in government (probably on the board of ASADA)
huh?
Um, it has been a joint investigation mate. The AFL have sat in an ALL interviews. They know everything ASADA know. Yet they still say no infractions are coming under their code without new evidence.
ASADA investigation there are several steps involved such as interviewing appropriate people and gathering relevant evidence of a possible ADRV. The length of this process varies based on unique circumstances and complexity of the investigation. For instance, the discovery of evidence may lead to further avenues of enquiry in an investigation.
Not entirely correct. They know things they have heard in conjunction with ASADA on that investigation. They possibly won't know things gleaned from other statutory agencies which are not cleared for viewing by anyone else other than cleared agency personnel.huh?

More to the point, infractions aint going to happen till the completion of the investigation - after all relevant evidence and material for potential ADRVs has been examined...

All parties have said that this is a complex issue...long way to go.

Yep, you're showing it's clearly the time for making up facts now.I honestly believe the time for quoting bits and pieces of code/legislation/by-laws/shopping lists has come and gone.

They have come with a mutually convenient outcome for the joint investigation part of the process. Now what ASADA can go and do is take information that wouldn't have been available to any joint investigation involving a non statutory authority.I honestly believe the time for quoting bits and pieces of code/legislation/by-laws/shopping lists has come and gone.
The two joint investigators have arrived at a mutually convenient outcome.
It's now a matter of working out how hard the clip over the ear needs to be and eveyrone gets on with life.
And by "wake up and smell the coffee" you mean "make up things that contradict the available information so you can say you were right."No mate - it's time to wake up and smell the coffee.

You might want to check that. A whole new range of verifiable evidence is now available to ASADA that wouldn't have been allowed to be hear in conjunction with the AFL.If you are referring to the ACC report, the full report - ASADA cannot rely on that as evidence - they need to re-gather it themselves - and that's where the AFL comes in -standing on the spot, looking over the shoulder of the ASADA official - reporting back to HQ.
It's over.
No they haven't. The AFL have acted on an interim report and ASADA have come out and said they haven't finished their investigations as yet so wont be commenting until its complete. They had nothing to do with the AFL announcement.
The AFL statement is there for all to read.
Just don't forget to add the [wink] in the appropriate spot - and you'll be ok.

They'll add an executive summary, but there won't be findings that are inconsistent with the AFL's understanding of things - you can take that as read.
