"The governing body has determined it's banned and it has been banned since the 1st January, 2011."

- Richard Ings

But the advice the governing body gave was it didn't fall under S2 and as they did that they can't go back and class it under S0 for that time frame. From here on out they can but the advice they gave back then has cleared the Bombers on AOD

they have allegedly been sitting on information that AOD9604 was not banned. Leaving the club and players (and fans) in the dark.

I've a feeling everyone knew this. That's why the Essendon PR campaign has been so hell-bent on getting the substance AOD on everyone's minds.

At one point in the investigation, release the information about AOD not being banned and come off looking drug-free. It conveniently ignores the other suspected drugs used though.

BUT we've seen the emails telling Dank from WADA to check S0 even though it wasn't under s2. that seems in direct contradiction to what they are saying on 360

this sounds like the argument black cat and various posters on the essendon board were arguing

i'll believe this when we get a response from ASADA and WADA. to date WADA has said it is definitely banned under S0. i'll go with that, rather than whatley

But the AFL doctor who is on the drug tribunal got the same advice from ASADA.
The Bomber players won't be charged for AOD use unless ASADA can fire up the Delorian and change their past advice.

Yes, that is absolutely appalling. Although, it has been speculated for many months that this was the case, and Essendon have been confident since April on this and have told their parents and players that. Players have known this position since they were interviewed, so robbos tyrade was a little misplaced I thought.

You are absolutely drowning here mate.

Don't think so. At the very least, Essendon jabbed its players full of junk not cleared for human use.

Where is Essendon's written clearance?

Leaving Jobe Watson and the Essendon Football Club out to dry. Allowing the media to run with a poisonous narrative when they've bloody known all along?!? He has the audacity to question the governance of Essendon?

Correct.

Robbo is just upset, like most of the media, that he bought into (and added fuel) to the narrative.
