Save a gif file- Then upload it the same way you do for a normal avatar. However it needs to be below 50kb, I found that out the hard way as I wanted the Maric celebration as my avatar

Wont stress me to much. Assistant coaches tend to be on a merry go round for their own development. They leave and its odds on we will find as good replacements with fresh input and ideas.

Lol I played this prank on one of my young employees. She was using the laptop on the finger pad. I had the wireless mouse in the office and was shaking it everywhere. She had NFI all afternoon just said my laptop was having a fit
