With Brown going down today, our already shaky looking defense has taken another peg down.

Question is, how do we cover it? We're in serious trouble whenever it goes back. Are there strategies/ player setouts you'd like to see? Discuss here.

This. The only positive that can come out of this year now is seeing some new faces. Although it's not like our full strength team was gonna do any real damage this year anyway.

Yeah, hopefully McInnes can make some impact to the side.

I'm more concerned that with Glass and Waters gone, thus was our year to get the defence used to that. Now the usual guys are most likely gone for the season, doesn't gell well for 2016. Should have been a year of solidifying the team and the game plan to have a crack in '16. That kinda falls away as of now.

You'd think McInness will come into the team.

Given the injuries, McGovern McInness with Schoey as a third tall is not the worst position to be in.

Schofield, Gov and Powell is probably my preference with Powell taking Schofields old role.

If Schofield is out for another week though that is a problem for next week.

Schofield will replace Brown. McGovern seemed to do ok tonight as the number 1 defender. Our midfield is the greatest worry letting easy ball through

We'll be fine... Gov, Schoey to come back in next week, McInnes and Barrass in reserve, Powell when he comes back from injury. We could even try Tunbridge, Colledge, Main and Sinclair over the course of the season. Plenty of options...

Schofield been ruled out for next week already I was told.

Look, the Bulldogs don't have any gun KPF's.

Despite McGoverns performance, WC looked shaky in the air. Any team with one, or even two good key forwards is going to kick big bags with fast ball movement.

Geelong and Sydney may go close to having two players with double figures.
