You are better off shutting out Sloane out of the game who is a far better player and the heart and soul of the Camries.

We need both firing together to win games. Sloane had a rare bad night, so not sure if he was still suffering the effects of last weeks hits. Although I have always said, you take the field, there are no excuses.

I also pointed out that Boak's disposal efficiency was less than Dangerfield's yesterday. No comment Nelso?

I'd take 5 clearances from someone like Gray over 14 from Clangerfield every day of the week.

I don't recall any significant disposal errors from Boak, although that might just be because I wasn't expecting them as soon as e got the ball like I was with Dangerfield. I reckon he probably hit a target with two of those 14 clearances.

It's more that only Crows supporters think that DE% is a reliable stat.

Putting aside the fact that his long shanks forward that don't go directly to an opposition player count as 'effective kicks', it also doesn't differentiate between handballs and kicks. Danger had 19 kicks and 17 handballs (and no impact). If those handballs are accurate (and handballs are obviously easier to hit targets with than kicks), then only 6 of those 19 kicks need to be long shanks to nobody as opposed to long shanks directly to an opponent and we have a 63% DE stat.

Am I exaggerating? Yes. But the situation I've described is completely possible if you decide that DE is a great way to judge disposal ability.

Sloane had a quiet night because he was being held to account by Cornes.
Dangerfield makes a lot of terrible decisions, surely you guys see he rarely hits his intended target? He needs to slow down and he could change the outcome of games more consistently - let's hope that's not for Collingwood.

Lol, nicely worded. Crouch and maybe Otten (not because Otten is good, but because Hartigan is terrible) were the only guys missing who would've gotten a game on the weekend. But I'm sure those injuries to Harry Dear, Sam Siggins, Riley Knight, Jack Osborn and Rory Atkins are really impacting your year
