not so. They can introduce new evidence. And the previous trial is not allowed to be referred to at all, so I doubt any SoF is provided or looked at

well maybe they are, but it's not a factor in the actual appeal and certainly has no impact on evidence

Must have missed that. WADA must have informed CAS that the statement of appeal will also be considered as the appeal brief.

I must of missed that also, where did you find this out? I just thought they are appealing but have not yet come up with the brief??....
