Signed up to Netflix (Aus) this week and am pretty happy so far. I am with Optus so it is not metered, very stable picture.
Unfortunately, not all the TV shows up to date, only showing Blacklist series 1, but at least I can watch some shows that I have missed first time around.

I usually wait until they are all out and grab them at once. It usually takes a while for them to come out on iTunes so where else can I download them from if I want.

Plenty of sites that stream the shows. Just type "watch game of thrones" into google and you will find them

I did that with the recent series of House of Cards. It was good to get all the episodes at once. Tthere should be plenty of places to find them as ottoman said. PM if you have hassles.

Maybe, maybe not. I'd suggest most of them /want/ to be on the show because they all clearly want to get out of their own predicament. Australia has very strict laws regarding consent by people shown on television etc (something the US doesn't really have) and thus if any of those people on the show did not want to be there they could very easily have the footage removed. That's not to say they can't be exploited (ie. why didn't the camera crew help that guy with his locker) but it's very silly to immediately attach that label to the show just because it's a documentary about 'struggling' families and people.
