Michael Talia? Kicked 2 goals on the weekend in a swingman role. Dogs fans losing patience with him too. Wouldn't mind him or Jake Kolodjashnij. Far more promising then Elton or Astbury.
 
Bring on Lindsay Thomas. 40 goal a season small forward. Exactly what we need and we'll get him on the cheap due to him being out of favor. Who cares if he's a dickhead? Jake King was a dickhead and we loved him no less.

He's 27 years old, plenty of gas left in the tank. Offer our second round pick. Get it done Tigers.

I watch as little of north as possible, why exactly is he out of favour?

Started the year on fire kicking 17 goals in 7 games but in the 6 games which followed that he only managed to kick 5 goals. He's clearly out of form but it's not as though he's lost his ability. We just need to get someone into his ear. Tell him how we wouldn't treat him badly at Tigerland and how desperate we are for a player like him.

Isn't one of the knocks on him that he plays a bit like a mini full forward and gets in the way of taller forwards?

He's a bit like Elliot from Collingwood in that he has such strong hands and leap for a small forward, so you could really play him out of the square and you'd get a decent return from him.

Small-forwards are generally selfish. I don't mind it. He's got enough skill that "getting in the way" would still mean snagging 2-3 goals.

I'm with you mate. We desperately need potency up forward and Lindsay offers plenty. 2nd rounder in a shallow draft... I'm in.

I agree he isn't a bad player, but I just hate him so much :(

Coz he is a front running soft **** who is being displaced in the side as Nahas has a greater defensive game , which says it all . He kicks two his lack of defensive pressure results in 4 for the opposition .

Exclusive small forwards don't get a kick after mid May .
 
Hardly out of favor been dropped thats all... Harvey made a sub... Coach was making a point, hes been there for 10 years and north know hes a gun, a 2nd or 3rd rounder as some say is pie in the sky stuff IMO as North just wont let him go and whats more i doubt hed want to go

Like it or not Swans have a say in the price and they have a track record to evaluate and project!:cool:

Ha ha, how well did North play on the weekend without Thomas, Nahas, Boomer on the bench .

At least we its a great example of why they are so over rated unless truely elite
