If anyone can pick up 2 paper tickets from Melbourne, a mate of mine is trying to offload them because he can't go.

It's pretty darn late, so I'm sure they can be grabbed for a bargain. Half-way line I think so they're alright.

Noticed quite a few Liverpool fans walking out streets this afternoon.

Lets hope rundell mall is bathed in red tomorrow.

That's the one thing I'll never forget about the Melbourne game, the sheer amount of people wearing red from head to toe. It was amazing.

I get into Adelaide Airport at 9am but don't check into my hotel till after 2pm. Any suggestions as to what to do (I've never been to Adelaide). Was thinking of just heading into the city and Rundle Mall? Any locals with advice?

Thanks mate, might head to Glenelg for a bit. Anything in particular to look out for there? (Pardon my ignorance!)
It's the beach and the touristy part with plenty of places to eat and has easy access by tram. Otherwise there is a cool bar area to the NE of the CBD from memory. Along the river around the Oval is pretty good, but you can see that after checking in.

Glenelg would be best IMO.

hang out there for the morning, relax beach side or what ever.. Go to the Jetty bar or even the Watermark (but that's a fair walk from Jetty Road) for a half decent meal for lunch (haven't been there for a while though, they are good meals though at a reasonable price), then catch the tram to town. They run every 15min so never long to wait.

Met a few of the squad after liverpools training session tonight. Origi, lovren, hendo and ings signatures, got a shout out and wave from markovic in Serbian after he unfortunately didn't pop over to any of the fans near the fences, but absolutely ecstatic!!!

Also was incredibly lucky to nab Garcia, hanaman Johnson and rush at Glenelg today. Had no lfc gear on but got a few snaps!!

Pics won't upload via phone unfortunately but both were great experiences :)))

Hey everyone. Ive been gone for a frw days as ive been on tour following the Reds. Brisbane was great. Now in Adelaide.

I met Didi Hamman and got a selfie. Also got Luis Garcia to sign my shirt and also got a photo with him. Didnt technically meet God as i was stuck behind a barrier at the hotel but i shouted out to him and waved and he looked over and waved and said hi back.

Still haven't been lucky enough to meet or get any selfies with the current squad despite being at both open training sessions and the match in Brissie. Also went into the apple store in brisbane and a chick who worked there said i had just missed Hendo and Lallana by half an hour as they were in there shopping.

Got some great vids and photos along the way.

A few thoughts. Gomez looks a player. Clyne was quiet in the Brisbane game but i think the Roar tried to target the young Gomez playing out of position so tried to go down that left side more but Gomez was up to the challenge.

Ings looks every bit a backup player for mine. Has time but looked average against the Roar. Lallana is classy. Wants to push Coutinho and Firmino for those AM spots. Milner was very good in midfield.

Hendo is doing all the right stuff being the new captain. Really generous with fans. Bogdan quickly becoming a fan favourite as he really puts in the time with fans and signs and signs and signs and takes more and more photos. Quickly catching Sakho and Kolo as fan favourites. He looks genuinely chuffed to be at Liverpool. Its good to see.

The airport is halfway between the city and the beach so pending weather it might be nice to head down to Henley or Glenelg in the AM to have a bit of a look around before heading into town and getting ready for the game/finding a spot to have a beer in the afternoon. The riverbank area inbetween the zoo and the convention centre is really nice just to have a bit of a walk around as well. Could go and whack a few balls at the North Adelaide golf course too if you're that way inclined, there's a par 3, a driving range and a full 18 hole course just next to the Oval.

Cathedral Hotel (directly across the road from the Oval on King William, ~700 capacity) will be pumping with Reds during the afternoon before the game. Rooftop terrace overlooking the cathedral & the ground, great spot to do a bit of pre-game hydrating.

Just a quick pit stop as i have free wifi in my hostel in adelaide.

Looking forward to the game tomorrow.

Also just in case anybody missed it. I love claire rourke.
Jod what seat you got at Adelaide oval?
