We will pay for years for that tarps initiative even though we were just copying the SANFL.

In a year or two that concrete bumhole will be a distant memory, as will this disastrous 12-10 season.

I'm more interested in this "Lobby" guy.

I'd love to see on Open Mike...
  • Mark Williams
  • John Cahill
  • Russell Ebert
Sure as hell he would focus on Mark's years in the VFL only, John Cahill's coaching in the AFL only and Russell Ebert's year at North Melbourne.

SEN did an interview with John Cahill last year, did not even mention Port Adelaide, every question was about Collingwood.

heres how a question by mike to Russell Ebert would go "So Russell, you played 391 games, 295 goals, won 6 best and fairests, 3 premierships and 4 magarey medals at Port Adelaide, and played 25 games at north melbourne, so which club do you have the most love for? I get the impression its North".

More sulking from a NudesLtd journo put in his place.

Dixon to Port
Last week Hinkley labelled the prospect of Dixon joining Port Adelaide next year a “silly question” but yesterday the club said it was “extremely pleased” with Dixon’s decision and would organise medical screening before working on a trade.
Dixon to Port

You poor little sook, what did you expect him to say when he was ambushed in a press conference?

"I'm sorry, Reece. We have just played against Charlie's current club - a club I have an extensive history with - and the season is still active, so it would be inappropriate for me to comment in detail. However, I will say that we first approached his management on July 10, 2015, at approximately 1:30PM. I recall it being a cool afternoon in Adelaide; the Alberton Oval turf moist beneath my feet from an earlier storm front, which tracked in a southeasterly direction. While standing on the oval, waiting for our list managers to advise me on their approach, I observed a yellow 2011 Holden Commodore, registration number 2COOL4U, pass along nearby Seventh Avenue. The driver was a middle-aged Caucasian man, with brown hair and green eyes...

No apology from Pembo. Not a word. No concern for the Bulldogs plight except that he hope's them being upset means Crows will win. Funny that.

Caught cRowie trying to use Dixon as a bit of wedge politics at Port.

He described Dixon as a ripper - a 'poor man's Tippett' were his words - but if it costs Jay Schulz his spot on the list then Port players and supporters will be spewing.

I love how this is being painted as an either/or scenario by crows ambassadors.

Heard it too. "Oh the Port fans will be up in arms and so will the players if Schulz gets the flick."

Also said re. Butcher if you can't kick you can't play AFL. Which may be true, but I find it ironic this is coming from someone who can barely put a coherent sentence together making a living by being on radio.

My favorite parts this morning were him making excuses for the crows loss (with one eye on finals), and then applauding Mikan for resting managing West's players up until the finals.

:D

Idiocy and hypocrisy - a potent mix.

Oh and the paranoia that the whole Bulldog's on the MCG might galvanise and cause a Port v Richmond away jumper prison bars thrashing situation. He was doing the whole Question the Integrity of the AFL again.

You watch, if the Crows lose (don't think they will) it will be the AFL again to blame for making Footscray so angry about playing at the MCG.

Yeah coz there was no other incentive for us to win that game, it was all that jumper bizo that got us fired up!

Seriously, how about they stop spending all their time on the peripheral phantom bullsh!t and just focus on winning the game. Or not.

And take their eye off what Port are doing and how it affects their finals chances? Are you a crazy man? :p

Roo poo mentions this morning that the Western Bulldogs have had a soft draw to help them get where they are this season, meanwhile Adelaide have done a terrific job just to get in the finals given the circumstances this season.

I wonder if Notso gives them their scripts before they go on air.

Oh yes and Rowe said anything they achieve from now on is a bonus. Big change from lifting the lid a week go.

Look while it's tempting to agree there is just no way you can compare a handful of soft double ups against Carlton and Brisbane the dogs have got with the horror of your coach being murdered by his own son.

Roo is right dogs are only there coz they've won games they should've against shitter teams (we didn't that's why we aren't ) but that is a pimple on the ass of what the crows have lived through

I hate them but they've been brilliant since don't take that from them even if it makes you vomit in your mouth to say it
