So serious question lads- how would you feel if it's verified dodoro has rejected pick 10?
Think that will depend on the end result.

That said, I reckon most would have been happy enough with 10.

Well apart from the messiah of course.Sit confident, be tight.
To be fair we have offered pick 5, just with two 2nd rounders coming back.Hey Bombers fans (sorry to intrude.)
Im just wondering what the bombers have done to piss off the saints? They were pretty persistent on not trading number five, but now they want to get complicated and trade it to another club?
I think saints don't want you guys to have 2 top 10 picks because they know your list is around the same age and will contend around the same time as them.
I thought the bombers were bad to trade with, now i see that the saints are just pure low ballers to not only you guys but the pies. They want to trade saad for freeman. what a joke of a club.
Hope you guys get the most out of carlise and don't let the saints get away with their shitty trade wants

Nah.Come with me on a hypothetical thought experiment then.
1. That is not fair. that is low ballingTo be fair we have offered pick 5, just with two 2nd rounders coming back.
Plus the only reason we are making it 'complicated' is so that we could offer them pick 10 straight which is definitely a fair trade for Essendon.
Also looks like it will be next years 2nd rounder for Freeman.
Probably still angry at the Lovett trade lol.
Any chance bombers could tell saints to piss off and trade him to hawks? Doesn't seem they want to trade unless there getting Carlisle for nothing?
I like this guy.1. That is not fair. that is low balling
2. Pick 5 straight is fair, if hawks were saints, it would be done deal
3. I think pies will try to get more considering top 10 pick
Master coach, was Timmy.Tim Watson was our Essendon low point
Nah, paying heaps for blight then finding out he was "eccentric" and sacking him dug you further downTim Watson was our Essendon low point

It actually looks more and more likely and would be a better deal than 10. Longer this drags on Carlisle will feel done over by the saints and that's the game changer. If Essendon have said no to pick 10 I would be shocked, you would only do that if you were sure the Hawthorn deal goes through which is looking very unlikely.
For me:also bombers fans:
Who would you draft with 4, 15,18, 23 and 25 or 4,5or10, 23 and 25
To that saints fan:
You must give up something to get something. Look at hawthorns trading history. We may have paid overs in some trades with picks, but you never know how good they will be. I have a great example for you:
Draft picks No. 25 and 41 to kangas for gibbo and 69.
Jay Nash and draft pick No. 9 for S. Burgoyne. To make room for him we trade Ben McGlynn and Josh P. Kennedy (who speak for themselves) for Draft picks No. 39, 46 and 70
Now look at the year 2009 draft and tell me who
Or just ask Carlisle to sit down and chat with 1 of Frawley and lake.I wish.
Need to get Clarko on the phone again but this time invite him over to his house along with Mitchell and Hodge.
Compared to some of the rumours we've seen it's very reasonable. Is the rumour of pick 10 for Carlisle reasonable?
