He's a perfect fit in a 4-3-3 formation with support out wide. At 25 and having a 1in 2 record in the PL I wouldn't accept less than 22-24m for him.... the amount we should have bid before walking away.

The thing with those 2 is this - they're good footballers, but they need a specific type of system to get the best out of them. We've made the same mistake twice now, we build 95% of the team around players who move the ball quickly into feet, playing 1 touch football and looking to get in behind defences - and then we sign a striker to be the focal point of it all who can't take advantage of that sort of play, and frequently causes attacks to break down when they do get involved.
