And they I was drinking a whole bottle Sunday night of Hentley Farm H-Block watching the cricket/tennis and might I say a bloody good drop. No hangover the next morning after a whole bottle of red.
Have not tried any thing from Hentley Farm heard some good reports about them, I will put it on my must try list for 2016.
HH Block a Shiraz Cabernet I will defiantly try some.

What a ******* load of shit. caveat emptor campaigners.

Now with the little ferret Roochi back in town doing their bidding and their incessant whining about being torn apart, the AFL will be bending over backwards to wipe away their feral Teal tears.

If Port do get a top up player the rest of the clubs should protest against it. As someone has already pointed out they chose to go into the season one down, and no rookie ruckman. They have to own that **** up.

They have rookies to choose from to fill the void. If they are to get any kind of top up, it should only be an additional player after all existing rookies are elevated to the main list.

Hawthorn president Andrew Newbold quits
http://www.afl.com.au/news/2016-02-02/hawthorn-president-andrew-newbold-quits

HAWTHORN president Andrew Newbold has resigned, effective immediately and has handed the reins at the club to Richard Garvey.

The timing is a major surprise given it is less than two months since the Hawks' annual general meeting, at which Newbold gave every indication that he would complete the final two years of his term.

This may have come up before and I think re the Hawks. The get past the AGM, knowing they will handover to what is effectively an internal appointment. That person has then been settled in the role with no issues by the time the next AGM rolls around. Continuity is maintained, no bloodshed and challenges.

God I hate Jon Ralph ... but he understands what gets his social media posts shared :)

I hope our response actually contained the words, "rack off"

The missus isn't happy when I bring home sparkling. Things tend to deteriorate quickly. A couple of coldies has a tendency to turn into something a bit more serious.

I get the "oh, sparkles is it" with a wry smile.

Years ago at previous place of employment where drinking on the job was borderline mandatory, a mate and myself grabbed a six pack of Coopers Vintage Ale and a burger for lunch.

I have never been so cuckoo after three beers and it made for a very unproductive afternoon. We did entertain the rest of the office though [emoji41]

I drank a six pack of Vintage myself (in about 2 hours) at a party when I was 16. Knocked me on my arse, that's for sure.

Any top up players given to the other clubs, makes Essendon an even shitter side in 2016 and the top up players for the other clubs will mostly play in the reserves so nothing gained. For the look of the game, the AFL needs to let Essendon get the best of the not good enough players.

Coopers pale for me, my local has 5 longnecks for $20.

Coopers sparkling if I am feeling adventurous.

Don't mind some of the craft/micro brews but they have a bit much going on for me if I am having a session.

Everything else just tastes like flavoured water.

If your beer has a best before date, you are doing it wrong !!!!
many push the hops too far but there's plenty of delicious and exceptionally drinkable stuff going around that still packs a tonne more flavour than your average tinny or superdry.

the big issue is really how far you push the price/value boundary, disheartening to think about how heavily our booze is taxed.

I have found the boundary in a mixed six pack the other night. Pirate Life Double IPA and Feral's War Hog very very nice.

Sierra Nevada Hoptimum and Stone's Ruination ..... A bit too much like drinking pine needle juice.

Port wheeling out the big guns. It's getting serious: they've trundled out Boaky today to have a cry about getting a top up player now. He looks torn;).

Should have recruited an extra, mature ruckman in the THREE drafts you had a chance in! Tough!

The better wines generally have less preservatives in then, meaning that you are more likely to feel ok the next day.

I noticed Amanda Vanstone yesterday morning on ABC news in all her teal regalia. Thought she might sneak a whiney remark into her interview but luckily didn't segue to footy.

Drinking through the Hottest 100 craft beers??

I'd love to hear a sports psychologists take on a professional sports team heading into the season crying about how they've been hard done by. If they keep telling the world that they are being disadvantaged you'd think they might play accordingly.

Regardless, you'd expect the captain to play the hand of "we're confident with what we've got" rather than "woe is me".
