So many epic moments in it. Decepticons highjacking the shuttle, the entire battle at Autobot City (Dinobots arriving and Optimus vs Megaton from "Megatron must be stopped"), Prime's death, Megatron becoming Galvatron, Galvatron killing Starscream, The Planet of Junk, Quintessons trial, Unicron transforming, Hot Rod vs Galvatron and Hot Rod becoming Rodimus Prime. Just awesome.

I need to re-watch it tonight...

At least the movie couldnt be any worse then the logo or title.

They might still do this but back in the day studios used to advertise movies in mags that hadn't even signed on their main star yet. Chuck Norris was supposed to be the American Ninja according to some ads.

wasnt that stuff more rumors then official announcements from the studios and the mag [now is more like websites] trying to be the first with the news. the teaser is more like the studio sending out a press release to the public to announce it and the plans for the film to start production
