Russia accounts for the second highest source country for tourism to Turkey, and Russia has closed off access for its citizens to go in 2016 due to state sanctioned downing of a Russian plane.

There are dozens of articles on this (Egypt has been banned too, due to actual terrorism and security concerns, you should have used Egypt as an example)

Relations between Turkey and Russia have started to recover according to Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Mahir Ünal. The minister expects that the number of Russian tourists visiting Turkey this year will reach 2.5 million people.

"I believe that some 2.5 million Russians visit Turkey (in 2016), as our relations with Russia have already begun to recover,” Ünal said on April 5 while delivering a speech in the Turkish Parliament.

Ünal mentioned that Turkey's tourism sector revenues are expected to fall by about 20 percent in 2016 when compared to the previous year. He added that Turkey would also try to reduce their losses by attracting more Iranian and local tourists.

6 million german tourists visited turkey in 2015, 30% drop in that is almost 2 million people. If i assume Russians register 60% drop in tourism, that still will be less than germans

No its not, my posts dont suggest russia will affect turkey primarily, tourism is down that is a fact, nowhere it states russians are primarily responsible for that. There is no data available, as tourist season began last week only. You need to stop lying really.
