North seem to be teases, promise so much and then roll over just as it gets to business time.

Both our teams have the same problem at the moment mate. Last quarter fade out is disappointing though.

Last season for all 3. Dumont will replace Dal Santo. Wood for Drew. We have plenty of potential replacements for Spud.

All have done well for North but as you say, time has passed them by.

With 7-8 first teamers out, we are being forced to blood quite a few kids which will bear fruit in a few years. It'd be nice if the kids can force a few of the old boys out as opposed to just waiting for them to retire. Knowing the makeup of our list quite well, I am comfortable that we won't have the big tumble down the ladder that everyone expects.

Would imagine that finals is the goal now, as opposed to top 4 though. As long as they bring the effort every week, I won't complain.

Outside of being managed by the Raiola of the AFL, I see no reason why he'd want to leave. He'll get Aaron Blacks $500k per year for 4 years deal at the end of the season.

Yeah being a small club, a few of our lads and ladies on our board have connections with the club, the mail is Prestia is as good as gone. O'Meara and Swallow look like staying. Swallow still has another year on his contract.

We have Boyd and Crameri to come back into our forward line, we wont be chasing a KPF. KPD now thats a different story.
