I've been stepping outside my comfort zone a little lately. Went to see Weedeater (stoner/sludge) & Conan (doom/sludge) on Saturday, and have been playing some Reagan Youth (not metal at all) in the car lately.

Enjoyed the gig thoroughly, even though that style is not really me. Conan have really grown on me, and while Weedeater are a little on the weird side, they play a great show.

I saw them last weekend. The setlist was impeccable and included some of my favourites; Venator, In Parting & Countless Skies. To start with the vocals weren't loud enough but once that was fixed they killed it.
