I just saw a legitimate use of the duck! Stokes just smoothly ducked under a tackle and gave a clean handball to a teammate, rather than closing the eyes and going into the tackler with his head. Champion.

The commentators of AFL have developed a culture of making crap up for dumb arse supporters who buy that shit. My pet hate is when they talk about a team who could have only won 2 games in 5 years but they will state something like 'This team, really is one of the best at stoppages' or 'Their defensive pressure is the best in the competition'.

A close loss would also be ok and do our top 2 chances no harm if Hawks were to lose
