VB, thommo would be over half that .. add in dangerfield money ... surely we could fit it.

I would also expect that we re-jigged some contracts this year to front load (Sloane, Tex, Sauce, Talia) based on the Danger money that we had ready if he stayed.

You're an A Grade moron with an extraordinarily limited idea of how the game works.

And it was 10th. Moron.
No need for personal attacks Captain. 14th if adjusted by # of games played, so technically correct. However, I think JJ's work rate is far higher than a McGovern or a Tex, or they would have been the ones kicking the goals. Players kicked with confidence to that spot knowing full well that JJ would get there before anyone else.

You can also learn that without Gibbs, they may not be able to pay the mandatory 92% salary cap next year, so it makes it worth our while to get more/better picks so that they pay some of his contract.
well seeing as Gibbs is contracted and they need help with meeting the cap I'm prepared to pay overs just to help them out.

they can have Douglas and Mackay, straight swap.

Meanwhile at Port Adelaide .......

Notice the red bar on the graph. That's salary cap !!!

This must be hurting Port a lot, a big SA player wants to come home and they cannot even contemplate touching him. Delicious.

No there is a need for it. It's got to the point where I'm completely over the constant degrading of a player who, without a background in the game, has pushed himself and bettered himself to become one of the leading forwards in the game. 62 goals, 5th in the competition, more than Jeremy Cameron, Jack Reiwoldt ,Tom Hawkins and Tex, and we have these ignorant, pea-hearted, deadbeats that have no right to call themselves supporters, that think it's funny to belittle him. Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe them.

And who adjusts B&Fs to games played? Honestly. It's embarrassing.

I'm with you Cap, its not like fast, athletic 199cm 2nd ruck options/62 goal forward pockets grow on tree's. I think if we put him up for trade we would have 17 other teams on the phone absolutely dumbfounded as to why we would develop him to this level and then move him on... Height of stupidity!

I don't disagree with your stance... I just disagree with how you put it across. Hint: Calling someone a moron is not a way to get them to listen to your viewpoint, let alone consider it. ;)

I don't get it. What's revealed?
I cant even see the tweets but Ill take a punt and suggest he is referring to superflog Tony Sheahan accidentally outing himself as the trade whisperer

Sheahan really is an embarrassment. How must his career be going to stoop to that level. Clearly a lot of that is based on questionable at best intel. Maybe no intel at all.

"no intel at all" is a good way to describe Tony Sheahan.

I remember berating him for being a flog a while back (got blocked) because of some clear, factless trolling he was doing. Didn't like being called out.

Much been said about Otten?

Obviously doesn't hold much trade weight but would surely be a better chance to play AFL footy somewhere outside of the Crows.
