A lot less that Cornes keeps carping on withPick 68 to north for Ahern- what does that make WHE worth?
Taking into account he also on big money which GWS want off their cap a pick in 50d abut right

He's an upgrade on Frost/Brown so thats a positive, think Pies have left it too late.Played 36 games in 4 years.
Emergence of Tomlinson, not sure why he is so important to them.
I've seen a bit of him but never been that impressed.

How much risk is involved when you're using pick 69??? Seems like a pretty low risk high reward move to me!North taking a risk as well
Ahern got dicky nees
Hawk fans are talking it up, I think they're looking for a diversion to blank out what they just did to Lewis and MitchellIs Rockliff off to Hawks as well as jaeger?
Do they have picks to do it?
We need oneI want a new tall defender and I want one now !!!
The game plan still works. But Port's average players got found out over the last 18 months when the rest of the comp caught up to them on a fitness base. Which meant pressure which they couldn't handle.
I don't think a club would reinvent themselves based on the acquisition of Greenwood though.

It will, just depends how long it takes to bake the cake and if the game has past that or not. The sides that played the best footy this year were the dogs and GWS which both play the style but have the soldiers with the class, composure and footskills to pull it off.of course not but that process takes steps. adding grunt players is what they need. the run and gun game will never win a flag.
Yeah I did. Had a good year. 1 out 7 isn't overly impressive. Bit like Witts...had a good 2014 but still an average player.Did you watch him this year?
Has improved alot and came 7th in Port's Best and Fairest.
He's only 25 yo and can play key defence and ruck.
Thanks I was getting worried, this might get me through a few more hours until confirmed or not. At least it shows we are thinking.Collingwood have inquired about Corr from GWS. GWS don't want to trade him but Pies may offer good deal for him and WHE.
Difference between dogs + gws and port are that Gws and dogs have the grunt and contested game/players with those capabilities to do it both on the outside, and the inside. Dogs are just about the best contested ball side, if not the best.It will, just depends how long it takes to bake the cake and if the game has past that or not. You may very well be right I'm not saying he won't goto port Adelaide, I just don't see how he's a good fit for them at all. And to be honest, I don't really care if he's a terrible fit for them if it makes us better.
Literally LMAO.At first I thought that your post was nonsensical but then you started yelling at me. Now I am totally on board.
Winning 3 premierships in a row kinda entitles that sort of praise. The love of Hawthorn on trade radio is disgusting.
They are just assuming that everything will work out for the Hawks. If it was any other club, they would be being ripped to shreds.

Justified thenI think it was implied by Apex that at the cost of pick 69 it isn't a risk and for it to be one the pick would need to be 30 picks earlier minimum. On face value given what has previoysly been delivered at selection 69 there's no risk at all for North on this one.
