Oo noo broo, i think i have a cricket in my bedroom, this should be a fun night for sleeping.

Funny. I have containers full of crickets at home to feed the frog, and they don't make a sound.

I don't think i'd be chirpy on death row. :p

Good news though, it's outside... it does sound like it's inside.

Jordan Peele of Key & Peele fame has made a horror film about racism and the villains aren't rednecks, neo-nazis or the alt-right, they're middle class white liberals. I am going to be uncomfortable watching this and yet, I still really want to see it

Though the deep, loud, and wall piercing croak of the frog probably makes up for it.

Frogs are awesome, i live across the road from a wetland with numerous frogs, nothing like laying there awake at 3am listening to frogs croaking on a still night.

Sounds like a classic muscle strain in the upper body/shoulder/chest region. You'll be fine. ...
edgie, it is either what finbarr posted or a heart attack. So nothing to be concerned about.

In The Hitchikers Guide To The Galaxy Zaphod Beeblebrox wore Peril Sensitive Safety Glasses. At the first sign of danger they turn completely opaque and are based on the theory that what you can't see can't hurt you.

The Killing Joke just landed on Netflix
the Batman story arc written by Alan Moore?

skip the first 30 minutes, trust me

Hollywood always ruins Alan Moore's work: The Watchmen and League of Extraordinary Gentlemen were great comics but terrible films, and the beginning of The Killing Joke is ruined by a prologue that wasn't in the original comic and makes no sense whatsoever

I had the same thing earlier this week, but since l googled 'best way to get rid of crickets' I haven't heard a chirp! Maybe it's the humidity we're having lately - at the moment the temp here is 24.3, apparent temp 29.4 (91% rel hum).

I question whether the deodorant I'm using is made for conditions like these - I reckon I'll be getting a bit moist and smelly if I don't have a shower until Sunday...
