Seriously, everyone make a complaint. When they ask how you want it resolved, tell them you want your money back. You should still be able to use it for the duration of your subscription.

Well In my opinion most users are Telstra customers, can hardly ask for a refund anyhow. For Telstra customers the subscription requires at least payment of $30 a month for a pre paid customer. How much is your subscription per month?

I've got a mate who works for consumer affairs. If you're not getting what you paid for, you can definitely ask for your money back. This isn't a separate incident. You could submit this thread as evidence.
