I'm assuming it wasn't a KICK boxing session?I concur with Bradbury but that was followed by half an hour boxing session which he didn't miss any intensity throughout

Did he pull them up to his knee or rolled down around the ankles?
I'm not sure you are worried about sloppy at this point though, bloke isn't playing atm and won't be in the next couple of weeks so touch isn't that important at the momentNot doubting his fitness. The handballing was followed by some brett ratten "roll the ball as fast as you can to your opponent" drill and that was also sloppy, tho having never seen it maybe thats how its supposed to be done ?
Or Zac Merrett
There is nobody and I mean nobody on Big Footy who can remember a more successful club than Hawthorn. By successful I mean number of Premierships. Hawthorn is the most successful club in living history. I did add it up once and I now forget the exact figure but one would have to be aged around 90 or over to have remembered a club win more premierships.
I keep pinching myself - did this really happen or am I dreaming and then I realise it did happen I almost break into tears of joy.
Mate, there is only you and I and maybe a dozen others on this board who have actually witnessed this miracle.
Oh how sweet it is
I don't particularly care whether the club is right or wrong about O'Meara because I believe the club can have an immediate injection of class from this year's Free Agents. In any case the modern Hawthorn will build towards another another dynasty.
Let's hope both of us and all the other obsolete oldies are still around to see the next dynasty.
There are 21 Australians still alive that have seen a team win more premierships than Hawthorn in their lifetimes.103 I think.
For every Zac Merret there's 10 Kieran harpers.
The draft outside the top few picks is a crap shoot and even at the very top there's no guarantees.
They all sound great in pre-draft profiles though.
The question remains - do they remember? There are 21 Australians still alive that have seen a team win more premierships than Hawthorn in their lifetimes.
Apologies for being "picky", but I dare say everyone born between September 2015 and September 2016 have "seen" only one flag, and it wasn't us. But will they remember and are they likely to be talking about it?There are 21 Australians still alive that have seen a team win more premierships than Hawthorn in their lifetimes.

The after bye return looks a long shot, how long has he been out with "bone bruising"? And still not really running from what I can gather?
Let's hope all is well for the kid and for us, and his rehab is ticking over just as it should.
How do you know the club hasn't been 100% honest? They said several weeks ago that he would be completing a training block to ensure he was perfect by the time he comes back to football. They also said he wasn't going to be back until after the bye. Do you actually want the club to post Russell's complete program for JOM, JOM's performances against criteria and a daily rundown of exactly what he does each day and how he responds to that activity? Apart from giving up valuable IP (Russell is one of our greatest assets), it is incredibly unreasonable. I doubt it would solve anything anyway. The scuttlebutt in this thread is virtually 100% speculation. The only way it stops is for JOM to get back to playing footy. I get JOM is a big deal but what is required is patience.I know I am a little naive to say this but for what we sold for JOM, us fans would like a little
more transparency then what is given by the club.
Sometimes I feel this can remove the scuttlebutt and allow a person to relax and focus on the task at hand.

Whatever the club said some on here would believe they were lying and muddy the waters with their musingsI know I am a little naive to say this but for what we sold for JOM, us fans would like a little

Traded a lot for him but the deal is done. This year was always going to be an interrupted one and whilst his game time had been less than hoped it's long term that we can judge the deal on. I don't think our position would be any different with him out there, we've been horribly inconsistent all year and one player won't change that.
The saints deal looks to be a bad one based on the pick they'll acquire but if Jaegar can get some continuity on the park then I'd expect the deal will be looked back at without the heavy negativity that many have expressed here.
Clarko sends me an email every week to keep me informed.
You don't get this?

Add to that Longer hasn't established himself either. Looks like we made the right call on a number of fronts. The McEvoy deal has certainly taken a turn, hasn't it? Big Boy in career best form ever, while Sav can't keep a regular spot.
Luke Dunstan hasn't improved since his first season, we easily won the trade. The McEvoy deal has certainly taken a turn, hasn't it? Big Boy in career best form ever, while Sav can't keep a regular spot.

Mate we won two flags off the back of that trade that's all the mattersWe won the trade until we used pick 24 on Hartung FFS.
