he could have Osteitis pubis. That's generally a condition linked with over training and takes away a players ability to sprint. On the other hand if he is fit, it could mean he simply isn't a good permanent forward. I don't know whether they are trying to turn him into Eddie Betts or not. Good teams have worked out that if you put a big pacy sized defender on him he will get out sized at most contests. Gray was far better as a downhill skiing midfielder who ran into space in the forward line from a centre clearance. He would then kick his 2-3 goals a game.

Anyways, Port are clearly the great pretenders of the competition.

Didn't Hartigan play on him in the Showdown ?

Wouldn't call him fast but obviously Gray can't run which suited Hartigan !

Harto is pretty quick. He has a good ability to close down space but can read the play which helps.

As much as I loved the Port flogging last night it came at a bad time for me. All through last week the Port flogs at work had a great time with me and had smiles in their faces after the Geelong loss; I'd love to see their faces this week but I'm on a week holiday, bitter/sweet.

Huh? what a maroon! Essendon are just a better mediocre side. Last time I checked we smashed Essendon. They remind me of Fremantle. Remember after they beat the Dogs and won a couple after that everyone declared they were back. Turns out they are just as shit as ever. Essendon aren't that good.

Just saw the highlights of Tippa getting past Hartless and kicking a goal. Glad Hartless isnt at our club.

They are not allowed to pay out a coach as they receive AFL assistance.

Hence Kochie changed his tune after saying he would be sacked if they don't play Finals.

All the China stuff means nothing until they get off that assistance as it means you can't make decisions like we did with Sando.

Compare this to the effort Lever makes 100% of the time

BT mentioned the way he mans the mark, puts more effort into trying to put the kicker off than most Port players put into their whole game. May not always work but he's doing it for the 2% of time it will work

Kern just doesn't produce results. He had a best 22 at his disposal and got flogged by a team who is at the same standard and struggling for a finals birth.

I dont think Essendon supporters should boo Ryder for no other reason than their club cost him a season. Piss poor really. We at least have an excuse.
