I don't think his perceived value has gone up since joining us. He's by no means a draft win at this stage.

So easy to forget he's actually only 19 still - younger than when Charlie Cameron debuted. Obviously still playing with a 19 year old's body but he has the best field kick in the AFL and I know they absolutely love him.

I disagree, Milera has shown a bit so far, and of course it's assuming he does put it all together (which isn't a given)

It'll come, I reckon it's purely a conditioning/preseasons thing more then anything mental seeing it's something he got less willing to do as the season went on.

I don't think his problem is either body size or age related, IMO his problem is above his shoulders in regard to the contested stuff.

I'm not willing to discount that it may be "unnatural" for him to be going for it, seeing he would have spent pretty much all of his career playing outside. Still even then conditioning will help with that.

I believe he is, and he's from the Apple Isle, and he's had issues with successive coaches because of an inconsistent work rate, great offensively, ordinary defensively seems to be the main knock.

Ahh 2018, makes sense. Agree he's far from perfect but the good is very very good.
