I doubt it's a forgery, it will be the letter Cersei made Sansa sign back in season 1 after the death of Ned, when Rob raised his banners in rebellion.

As pretty as she can be, I'm borderline physically sick whenever Cersei alludes to something sexual with Jamie. It was bad enough seeing their offspring - knowing they'd just created some more was even worse.

Huh? It just didn't reach any great heights compared to the previous week. Every week has had important plot developments. People are just taking more note of them due to the fact that it is all new and not book related.

I'd say the baby thing is a massive plot development.

As it was, it was basically Jamie and Cersei, with help from Qyburn and Bronn, against the world, with nothing to live or fight for aside from their pride.

This changes that.
