Why a fifth or a sixth? If we rate him higher and he's there at our selection, we take him.I think he might be gone by then, but I hope not

I didn't talk pointsSo you're saying threshold is 1 point difference? Any more than that and they take Rayner.
I didn't talk points
You did

I'll raise you a Bonar.
Actually I didn'tThe word points appears in your post so yes you did.
It's just a way of representing where they could be rating them and how close their rating needs to be to take the less fancied player.
Any idea who sos and brodie are leaning towards pick 3 wise at the draft...
Does he come with Cynthia plaster caster?
Josh Kelly
If Kelly is still a chance to come to us, then you absolutely give up pick 3 for him over anything in the draft.
Problem is that the GWS would ask for more than just #3 for him .....
Of course!!! The thought of actually having to go to the draft and develop our own stars scares the shit out of a lot of people. Maybe, just maybe, they might wake up and have to contemplate the stark reality that SOS will take Pick 3 to the draft. He was always going to take our first Pick to the draft.
I think a good finals series could see Higgins knocking on the door of (if not entering) the Top 5 picks.I said it at the beginning of this thread. I've said it a couple times since. Higgins is a gun. Love him, if we do get melbournes pick via Adelaide I really hope we scoop him up.
Actually I didn't
I said points like those don't exist the way you set them out
There's never 2 points difference out of ten on two players they're considering and nothing else
Either way, the chances of him ending up at the Blues is slim:Word is that Rayner is drifting outside the top 4 and that we could be interested in Cerra or Constable
IMO, a fair bit will depend how Rayner tests at the combine
Either way, the chances of him ending up at the Blues is slim:
Still think Cerra is the one, followed by Dow and then Brayshaw. I actually rate Constable ahead of the latter two, but think we'd look a little one-paced with him and Cripps.
- If his endurance testing is average or better and he interviews OK then he'll be off to QLD.
- If his endurance testing is poor then SOS will look elsewhere. Agree with Jimmae here.
............and then LDU absolutely creams it at the Allstars Game resulting in the tensile strength of everyones pants to be tested while we all revise our assessments en masse.
Watched Rayner's highlights for the first time.
Would not be upset in the slightest if we miss out on Kelly for this kid.
He's certainly around Top 10 material MSR. One of the few genuine mids who can play as a quality forward when not on ball. Has always managed to lift his standard to the next level whenever critics (me included) question his virtues.I think a good finals series could see Higgins knocking on the door of (if not entering) the Top 5 picks.
Where would worpel fit in,15-25?
And Rayner has 3-4 weeks of no footy matches.Either way, the chances of him ending up at the Blues is slim:
