I didnt say that at all. We've beaten Geelong once in 11 years and twice in about 20.

Re: Jenkins. Our board is torn between a desire for him to keep his mouth shut and concentrate on his footy, on the other hand it's also nice to hear some opinions every now and then rather than just meaningless phrases.

That said, he and danger are still good mates and both know privately that it's just banter - that will be played out seriously in the public.

Maybe, maybe not, but we're certainly a LOT better than the 'good judges' thought we were earlier in the year.

The season is already a success, the question is by how much.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it looks to me like tigs2010 is talking about Geelong matching up with Sydney and not Richmond i.e., he reckons Geelong would win over GWS and West Coast but they are matched up with Sydney instead.

No he isn't.

He is only talking about Geelong vs Sydney/West Coast/GWS and that Sydney is the one they match up badly against out of the three. That is why people are predominantly picking Sydney over Geelong.

This doesn't relate to Richmond.

Because as important as this week is to the various teams involved, the advantage next week is more important, and the higher placed team get that benefit.
