#pineappleprideOr as a paste. Like, there are three universal ingredients of pizza and one of them is a fruit, maybe it's time to reconsider your prejudice against pineapple?
Fructophobia - it stops with me.

There was a place in Hawaii that nailed pizza..perfect thin crust, not oily..a thin spread of genuine tomato paste, a few slices of best quality prosccuito and a few slices of genuine buffalo mozzarella. A light sprinkling of fresh basil when it comes out (you ALWAYS put your fresh herbs on a pizza after its cooked)
Thats a real pizza not the oily, soggy cheese laden mess that we are used to.
