I am disappointed in Disney, though. We know we're getting another trilogy with these new characters, and we know it won't be 30 years later. I also know now that Daisy's comments were deliberately taken out of context and she probably will return for Episode X and beyond. So, why the hell don't they just let Luke kick some ass and be really important to the story one last time? Chances are we won't be seeing him again, and with Leia out of the picture in IX, the big role she was promised should go to him. Luke is way more popular than Rey will ever be.

Yeah I'm not, that's just what was going around online, but Luke going dark or being Snoke isn't gonna happen. Mark Hamill's not exactly happy with how Luke turned out. If he turned to the dark side, he'd be pleased with that because he's always wanted to play dark Luke. I think he's simply just a broken and cynical old man who's not as strong as he used to be and won't have anything to do directly with stopping Snoke. It'll be Rey and probably Kylo who stop him.

It's hard to see Daisy not being huge post Star Wars. Driver and Isaac seem more picky with roles and as a Pommy blackfella Boyega might not have the opportunities a white American would. I don't think she'll be another Carrie Fisher.
