The way GC is going they're bottom 2-3, the compo pick at 3 or 4 in the super draft will be better than any of the teams who would be interested will be able to offer, looks as if Hawks, Collingwood and us (Vic teams that need tall forward) will all play finals. Even two first rounders, IF any of these teams were prepared to give that would all be in the 10+ range, I reckon you take a top 5 pick rather than two 15ish picks.

No chance GC finishes bottom 2, Carlton and Brisbane have those locked up. They've already won 3 games, I won't be surprised if they're not bottom 6.

They can take a stand and tell us to get some better picks or they'll let him go to the draft. We won't let that happen, we get deals done, but I doubt pick 8 as compo or 2 x pick 18 will do it.
