How was Jonas worse?
Jonas had time to pull out of the contest. Cameron jumped, was pushed at the same time and tried to protect his head when he realised the contest was coming, ended up elbowing someone with raised arm while looking away (protecting his own head)How was Jonas worse?
The speed of the collision was slower, to begin with.Jonas's hit was not worse?!
Why is Jordan Lewis passing any sort of judgement on Jeremy Cameron? His whack on Goldstein was at least twice as bad. Pretty much tried to kill him.
You need to put your goggles on m8. He looks at him and raise his elbow. You dont need to protect yourself with your elbow extended. Also the push was light at best as the guys elbow does not even extend to a full push. Was never protecting his own head like that. Wanted to inflict damage and did.Jonas had time to pull out of the contest. Jonas hit was ridiculously late.

If you're about to go flying into someone at that speed you lift your arm to protect yourself. You need to put your goggles on m8. He looks at him and raise his elbow. You are wrong on most counts here, but that is okay.If you're about to go flying into someone at that speed you lift your arm to protect yourself.
Push was definitely there. Running full speed and then being pushed while jumping does that to you.
Shit act. Deserved 5, he should of kept him arm down but its a split second reflex.
Jonas act was worse. He had time.

Solid rebuttalYou are wrong on most counts here, but that is okay.
Pleaded guilty to careless, not to intentional IIRC.
Has apologised to his victim.
Pleading guilty to *intentionally* causing that sort of injury when you don’t believe it... bloody big step.
No idea how they grade impact but that belongs in a higher grade than Jonas’s brain snap on Gaff.

Since Thomas' hit was fair, I am not sure how the comparison would work here.Question... I didn’t think that they allowed precedence in the tribunal. So why did they review previous incidents? (Defence raised Tippett hit on Grimes).
Secondly, how many weeks did Thomas get for his hit on Selwood? I’m pretty sure he go done with rough conduct, and picked up an extra week for striking afterwords, but this is a worse look than the Thomas hit. I thought it was a reasonable comparison noting the anti-head contact angle the AFL takes.
(Just got home from work, catching up)
Jonas isn't a sexy forward for an AFL House experiment that's the differenceI just can’t see how one can say Jonas was worse unless trolling fans.
Timing was similar, injury less! Crazy I’m annoyed
He got FIVE. A one week deduction for not being Jonas.
