Pretty amazing how there isn't a thread based on one of the best clubs in the world. You can talk about Chelsea here. Results, Fixtures and Opinions will be posted on this thread.

Chelsea vs Middlesborough, is Chelsea's next fixture.

I predict a 3-0 victory, with the return of Ballack and Makelele to boost the team, we should run out comfortable winners. But you never know. Last time these two clubs met was last year at Rivereside. The Boro triumphed 3-0 in what was a shock defeat for Chelsea.

Chelsea are likely to line up like this:

If Ballack is unfit i'd expect Wright-Phillips to come in. This will alter the formation to a 4-1-3-2. Boulahrouz will make his Premiership debut if Mourinho decides to play him. Makelele should come on as a sub.

Believe me or not, i've been a Chelsea supporter since 1999. I wanted to barrack for a team that was similar to Carlton, so i chose Chelsea. BTW, Ballack and Robben are out. Makelele comes in for Wright-Phillips. Kalou comes in for Robben.

Chelsea take on Blackburn today. Ballack is set to make his debut and Kalou is the most likely player to make way. Robben is in doubt, and if he doesnt play the only change should be Ballack coming into the side. Boulahrouz is likely to make his debut as well. May come on as a substitute or may even play in the starting 11 ahead of Ferreira. I tip a 3-1 victory.
