Has a team ever lost a game with an after the siren goal in extra time (due to an incorrect free kick for good measure)? Has a team ever lost two consecutive games after the siren to the same team? Has a team ever lost a game where the opposition's winning 'goal' hit the post? Has a team ever lost a game by under a goal when the opposition team receives 8 50 metre penalties? Has a team ever lost a game because what would've been a chance to kick the winning goal was taken away from them when the set shot taker was called to play on?

I understand the frustration with Ken and the team at the moment, but **** me if we haven't had just about the worst run of luck of all time over the last two years.

You open yourself up to "bad luck" when you consistently fail to ice games & **** yourself up the ass, leadership is a real problem on and off field I think.

If we had Geelong's run of pure bullshit good fortune in close games, we would've had a home prelim last year and we'd be equal top of the ladder premiership favourites right now.

Other teams also have leaders that stand up....

Eg Wines kicking it out on the full allowing the point/goal to become a thing.....

Everyone of those games you will find something of similar stupidity...

I found it telling that ah chee played a lot better game than boak. Our leaders stink. It's the elephant in the room. With 2 minutes left my wife said 'we can't lose it now, they aren't that good', then clurey gives the ball back & I knew we were destined to lose. Didn't make it any easier.
Nice to see poor old ah chee get a game and set up 3-4 critical goals. Says a lot about our list management.

I knew we were in trouble when Robbie was right in front at the end of the last quarter an we were 8 points up. You just knew that he would miss that and that we'd go onto concede two quick goals. Being a port supporter is the best way to ruin weekends.
