After watching a replay package of GWS last two games, Dylan Shiel has to be a priority. He reminds me so much of Judd. He is quality and a leader. Can’t afford to wait for free agency, he will get better offers from teams above us. With club set to be also interested in Setterfield, you gotta offer up #1 ASAP for the pair. Shiel is that quick goal kicking bull Mid we miss. Setterfield is more silky outside. Do it SOS. One pick fills two big holes.

Imagine if we could add Shiel and Gaff. Hoooooooooly Shat. Well we could, but will they.

Add in young targets, Cerra, Brodie and Scrimshaw for our other draft assets, B-b-b-b-baaaaang.

If SOS has the cohunas, this could be a huge offseason. Go for it SOS, I trust you.

If you don’t like Shiel that’s fine knackers, I do, and I see him as a goal kicking mid. In fact he may be up for goal of the year, or was. But as they say, opinions are like a-holes, we’ve all got one and this is mine, some....

Also, Setterfield has been injured, so you’ve only got draft summaries and TAC footage to view, it’s called research, try it before loading your next bullet from the grassy knoll.

Would be a kick in the balls if he chooses them over us. Can understand it from a players perspective in our current predicament but bugger me.... Carlton family, wants to come home, we’d facilitate a better deal and a year earlier than free agency and in those circumstances if we can’t land him then it’s a shocking result.

Goes to show how important it is to be competitive even through a rebuild.

So you are not being honest re Shiel and you're going off draft summaries on a player who hasn't been able to get on the park in 2 years.

Shiel isn't a goal kicker. Off course if he plays mid and follows the ball he will get a goal here and there. But to call him a goal kicking mid is very very far from the truth.

Thats what happens when sos doesnt want to over pay and other clubs do. It will catch up to them at some stage

Love the roughead addition if true. Excellent leader and team player, can only see positives in this. Mitchell joining is a great result as well

I assume the Eagles are more happy for Mitchell to join us rather than Hawthorn due to them being a close competitor and immediate threat compared to us. Surely plays a part.

As promising as Charlie and Harry are, they currently have no senior figure to learn from.
Roughy has been one of the best key forwards in the last 20 years, so his experience, knowledge,training standards will help our boys achieve their maximum.
