He wasn’t, some serious issues within the squad.

Reality is, they are average players, Ole was right saying some needed a ‘reality check’. Maybe some of them heard that and sulked again, because that performance sure looked like 11 blokes who couldn’t give a flying **** about the club at the moment.

Alot of posters here have very short memories indeed, when they were all crying out for Mou's head....The fact is that Pogba should have been sent packing.

Prior to Mou, we had been bog average for years, ever since the retirement of Sir Alex.....He took us to the Europa League & won it, thereby getting us into the CL the following season.....He also made improvements in each of his 2 years in getting us back up into Top 4 calculations.

Mou's tactical nous was what got us so far in Europe.

We are now back to square one before he arrived......Just stupid stuff indeed.

How we saw the players play under Mou before he got the ass is exactly what we're seeing now. There's poison in the squad, it's only getting worse.

Mourinho's issue was his man management style that basically led to creating irreparable internal rifts and so he had to go but his opinions were never wrong about the state of the club.

I have been saying this for a while now, something is broken at the club that revolves around player power. No manager in the world will be able to come in and sort out the club until the power is taken away from the players. Then there is the issue of having a banker who is running the football side of things.
