I heard Clive's attack ads on the radio yesterday. I reckon he's pushing it uphill with those. He might get a few conspiracy theorists onboard and the odd Hansonite, but McGowan's popularity is too strong for such baseless muckraking.

Maybe? Depends when it happens. If it happens this month, why not? If it happens in January, would Plumlee have signed elsewhere by then?

Doesn’t need the cash, he came to Perth for his partner and the lifestyle. Would he want to stick around for the prospect of maybe getting another late season run, or is he the type of bloke to want to go travel somewhere. Even in the Covid landscape, there’s basketball to be played in a lot of countries, and he’s doing it for the journey not the cash nowadays.

If they could get him and run a Norton/Cotton/Steindl/Mooney/Plumlee lineup - get f’ed NBL, it’s over.

Isn't Plumlee still getting paid millions from his former NBA contract even though he's out of the league?

Made 40+ mil yeah as you say, has plenty of cash. Went to China, hated it, came to Perth for way way way way way under market value and loved it. Now it’s just a matter of convincing him to hang around until Bryce gets his permanent residency, or hoping he doesn’t want to travel elsewhere and play in another part of the world for the experience of it.

Agreed, I’d go an athletic import wing.

I really hope that happens in time.
Cotton is infinitely more effective when he's got good options around him to keep the defence honest. Allow him to get regularly doubled and our offense starts looking ordinary pretty quickly.
We're going to rely heavily on Norton I think, which to me is a worry because offensively he's shaky and he's also foul-prone. White doesn't really help matters. Fingers crossed that Taylor Britt is ready to step up a level because there might be plenty of point guard minutes available to be filled.

On the other hand, Cotton gets naturalised, add an import wing, Cotton can spend some time at the 1 and we're looking very dangerous indeed.

We've has a strange winter compared to the last couple. Not as cold but alot of rains and storms.

I was chilling at night outside in shorts and tshirts during June and even parts of July.

Not really. Nearly every second podcast on YouTube is sponsored by them. I got a couple retweet’s after that and they were all you tubers or twitchers
